Overview
This project was developed for RoboMaster competition scenarios, where robot stability, feeding reliability, modular maintenance, and protective structures are all important under high-intensity operation.
My Contributions
- Participated in whole-robot mechanical structure design and optimization.
- Redesigned suspension connectors and selected suspension components based on an open-source chassis solution.
- Balanced vehicle loading, assembly space, maintenance convenience, and structural stability.
- Redesigned the magazine, feeding disk, and supercapacitor protection structure.
- Used SolidWorks and Fusion 360 for CAD modeling and iterative structure design.
- Completed part manufacturing and assembly validation using 3D printing, CNC machining, and laser cutting.
- Served as a main team leader and coordinated competition preparation.
Outcomes
- Second Prize and Third Prize, RoboMaster University League Shanghai Regional.
- Improved hands-on experience in mechanical design, manufacturing, and team engineering management.
- Developed practical judgment in designing structures for maintainability and competition reliability.
